Welcome

Thank you for your interest in Williamsburg Montessori School. It is with great joy that we welcome you to our vibrant community, where children aged 3 months to 12 years embark on a journey of discovery, growth, and education. We have proudly been a cornerstone of Montessori education in the Williamsburg neighborhood for nearly a decade.

We also take pride in strongly adhering to Montessori philosophy. Our approach to the scope of sequence of our curriculum is based on the combined knowledge of different Montessori trainings that our teachers have completed to have one comprehensive approach. This allows us to individualize our approach to each child's needs.

Our classroons are designed to embrace a mixed-age environment, allowing children to learn from one another, develop social skills holistically, and cultivate a sense of collaboration and respect. We also strongly believe in following the child, instilling inner discipline and strengthening the inner will, and enabling children to take ownership of their own learning.

In our community, we offer many ways for families and teachers to collaborate in order to provide the best experience that we can for our children.
